Rocky Mountain Care Remote Full-Time

Rocky Mountain Care is looking for mid- level experiencedHealthcare Recruiter to join our team and help connect qualified healthcare professionals with organizations that need exceptional talent.

This is a full-time remote recruiting position Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Were seeking a motivated relationship-focused recruiter with 2 years of recruiting experience who can source candidates build talent pipelines manage the recruitment process and develop strong relationships with healthcare clients and professionals.

Healthcare recruiting or healthcare staffing experience is preferred.

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for open positions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline and network of healthcare candidates.

• Conduct candidate screening to evaluate qualifications experience availability and fit.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.

• Verify professional licenses credentials and qualifications.

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and healthcare facilities.

• Partner with facility leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to fill positions efficiently.

• Create and manage job postings across Indeed job boards and other recruiting platforms.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

• Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and facility clients.

• Confirm successful placements and ensure accurate placement fee collection.

• Provide recruiting updates facility feedback and market insight to leadership.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Depending on client needs youll recruit healthcare professionals for:

• Skilled nursing facilities

• Assisted living communities

• Physical therapy

• Home care

• Hospice

• Long-term care

• Other healthcare organizations and facilities

Required:

• 2 years of professional recruiting experience.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong organization follow-through and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple candidates job openings and client relationships.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.

• Comfortable using job boards applicant tracking systems recruiting platforms and other sourcing tools.

Preferred:

• Healthcare recruiting experience.

• Healthcare staffing or medical recruiting experience.

• Experience recruiting for skilled nursing assisted living home health hospice physical therapy clinics or long-term care.

• Existing network of healthcare professionals.

• Experience working directly with healthcare facilities or hiring managers.

Salary Commission

This position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on successful placements.

Commission: (based on apercentage of placement fee)
