Were hiring a Recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and is energized by the challenge of scaling teams quicklywithout compromising quality culture or experience. This is not a plug-and-play recruiting role. Youll own the full talent lifecycle and play a critical role in shaping the team the culture and how Laminar grows.

At Laminar were transforming factory operations through automation data intelligence and sustainability. The people you bring inand how you bring them inwill directly define our trajectory.

Youllrun high-volume high-impact recruiting across technical and business roles while also building the systems behind onboarding performance andretentionso every new hire hits the ground running and contributes ata high level.

This role reports to the Head of Operations and partners closely with leadership including for someone who wants to move fast take ownership and build a world-classteam from the ground up.

What You Will Own

End-to-End Talent Building

Full-cycle recruiting across engineering data deployments customer support and business roles
Pipeline generation thatdoesntrely on inboundyoullcreatively source engage and close top talent
Recruiting marketing partnerships and employer brand development (universities communities networks)
Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience that reflectsLaminarsambition and culture

Building a HighTalentDenseTeam

Partnering deeply with hiring managers to define roles raise the bar and move quickly
Reinforcing a culture of high performance and high talent density
Helping leadership make strong hiring decisionsand tough calls when needed

Contributing to the Onboarding & Employee Experience

People & Org Infrastructure

Building scalable recruiting and People Ops systems (including HRIS implementation)
Supporting org chart design and team structure as we scale
Contributing to compensation design and competitive incentivization strategies

About You

Yourenot just a recruiteryouresomeone who is deeply passionate about building exceptional teams.

  • 4 years of recruiting experience including technical roles in fast-paced high-growth environments- this is a must-have.

  • You are obsessed with talentyou love meeting smart ambitious people building relationships and convincing them to join something meaningful

  • You dont wait for candidatesyou go out and find them

  • You can manage high volume without lowering the bar

  • Youre both systems-minded and execution-drivenyou build processes and get things done daily

  • Youre comfortable pushing hiring managers and influencing decisions

  • You care deeply about candidate and employee experiencenot just closing roles

$85000 - $140000 a year
Our pay ranges are established per Pave Compensation Software. Were also proud to offer equity in our fast-growing startup and one of the most comprehensive benefits packages among startups at our stage. Our Interview Process
1. Phone screen with Laminar Head of Ops or Recruiter (15-20 minutes)
2. Intro call with Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
3. On-site interview including short tour of GTL overview of tech and interview/presentation with the Hiring Manager and a few team members. Depending on the role a skills exercise that should take no longer than an hour to prep would be sent ahead of time. We record your skills exercise to share with any team members who could not join the interview and/or with Founders ahead of their Founders Interview. If you are not local we can conduct this virtually.
4. Finalists for Full-Time positions will have a Founders Interview in-person
Final steps:
Two professional references are requested ideally one from your current organization and one who served as your Manager
If an Offer Letter is extended a Background check is conducted
