The Recruiter seeks interviews and evaluates job candidates for available positions. They advise Human Resources and hiring personnel regarding consideration and selection of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases social media and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Screen resumes and applications conduct interviews and onboard employees
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports.
- Track employee compliance with health screenings and TB requirements.
- Coordinate college and community recruiting efforts.
- Keep job postings and openings updated.
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
- Promote the company as a great place to work.
Education/Qualifications
- Prior experience or education in Human Resource Management Business or related area is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Specialized training in employment law benefits compensation organizational planning organizational development employee relations safety training and recruitment preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must possess a valid WI drivers license and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.
- Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks and/or that of previous states of residence.
