Youll work alongside researchers operators and AI companies at the forefront of shaping the systems that are redefining society. Mercor is a profitable Series C company valued at $10 billion. We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco NYC or London offices.

About the Role

As a Recruiter on Mercors Enterprise Human Data team youll own full-cycle hiring for the fastest-growing division at one of the fastest-growing companies in the world the team building human-powered AI evaluation and training data for the enterprises and labs putting agents into production (customers span Fortune 500s to frontier labs). Youll partner directly with leadership Engagement Managers and Strategic Project Leads to hire the account owners project leads engineers and other support functions who will scale the org from 10 people today to 100 by the end of the year. This is a true 01 motion with an opportunity to lay the foundation for how this team recruits.

This is a high-intensity mandate. Mercor recently crossed a $2B revenue run rate and the hiring bar and pace here match that ambition: we operate six days a week (five in person) and long hours based out of our San Francisco (strongly preferred) or NYC office.

What Youll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing close) across the Enterprise Human Data orgs core roles Engagement Managers Strategic Project Leads and Associates applied-AI / code-delivery engineers

  • Partner directly with team and company leadership to map hiring needs calibrate the bar and implement continual process improvements as the team scales from 10 to 100

  • Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound and talent intelligence

  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing leveling and decision hygiene

  • Operationalize hiring systems: track and optimize key funnel metrics (pass-through rates time-in-stage source yield)

  • Champion speed and quality: drive SLAs for same-day debriefs fast offers and a best-in-class candidate experience in an exceptionally competitive market

  • Build brand: campaigns referrals and events that attract top operators engineers and commercial talent

  • Represent Mercor externally youll be a face of the brand to senior candidates weighing the best offers in tech

  • Collaborate on dashboards metrics and process automation within Ashby and other recruiting systems

  • Recruit across both commercial/GTM and technical profiles as the division stands up domain pods (Legal Finance Coding Health)

What Were Looking For

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles

  • Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems identify key metrics and make data-driven decisions

  • High motor outcome oriented approach; Enterprise is Mercors fastest-growing segment and hiring is the single biggest lever on its growth

  • Strong communication skills; able to work efficiently with General Managers Account Leads and internal leadership

  • Familiarity with a range of roles across commercial (sales / account management) and technical (engineering applied AI) hiring

  • Confident representing the Mercor brand to top candidates

  • Comfort with the pace this mandate requires: six days a week (five in person) long hours based in SF (preferred) or NYC

  • Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems

Nice to Haves

  • Experience as a founding recruiter or early-stage startup builder

  • Interest in the human data / AGI space

  • Experience recruiting for GTM / enterprise sales or technical / applied-AI teams (both are in scope)

  • A track record of hiring against aggressive non-negotiable timelines in a hyper-growth environment
