Job Duties:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of service roles (e.g. Field Service Technicians)
  • Partner with human resources to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards social media networking and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes including scheduling and feedback collection
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • Must be able to work onsite in Dallas Texas
  • Must be able to travel 5-10%
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
  • Strong interviewing negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Experience with data-driven recruiting and analytics
  • Professional certification (e.g. SHRM-CP PHR) is a plus
