Recruiter (Contract)
LOCATION: Houston- Texas-USA

Purpose
Tenaris is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition activities across multiple functions. This role is responsible for sourcing headhunting screening and coordinating candidates while supporting technical recruitment and maintaining active talent pipelines.
Main Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn job boards referrals networking and direct headhunting.
- Manage recruitment activities for assigned openings from sourcing through offer stage.
- Recruit for technical engineering manufacturing and operational positions.
- Conduct resume reviews phone screenings and initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate information within the ATS and recruitment databases.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to support recruiting strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in arelated business or engineering field.
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience in corporate agency or staffing environments.
- Experience with headhunting direct sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Experience recruiting technical engineering manufacturing or industrial talent.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools including LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication organizational and relationship-building skills.
