Job Summary
Valley Country Club located in Aurora CO is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Recreation Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of department programs events and activities; answer guest questions regarding such programs
- Record all cash checks and charges based on established cash control procedures
- Maintain understanding of operating procedures for pool bikes boats and fitness equipment
- Complete checklists for opening closing and daily procedures
- Take direction from the Facility Coordinator Special Event and Youth Coordinator and Conference Recreation Coordinator
- Assist in the implementation of programs youth programs special events and conference recreation events
- Provide a safe environment within facilities and activities
- Process recreation reservations as needed
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Perform other duties as required
- Frequently stands uses hands talks and hears
- Regularly reaches with hands and arms; may taste or smell
- Occasionally walks sits climbs balances stoops kneels crouches or crawls
- Occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
- Frequently works in wet or humid conditions (non-weather)
- Regularly works in outdoor weather conditions
- Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts in high or precarious places and may come into contact with toxic or caustic chemicals
- Noise level is moderate
