- Conduct property inspections and develop detailed reconstruction estimates
- Create scopes of work for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Prepare and manage estimates using Xactimate and related software
- Coordinate subcontractors vendors materials and internal crews
- Manage reconstruction projects from start to completion
- Monitor budgets schedules and project quality standards
- Communicate regularly with customers insurance adjusters and office staff
- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and company standards
- Perform jobsite inspections and quality control checks
- Manage change orders supplements and project documentation
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records photos and project files
- High school diploma or GED required; construction-related education preferred
- Minimum 35 years of construction estimating or project management experience
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
- Experience with insurance restoration preferred
- Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and mobile documentation tools
- Xactimate Level 1 or Level 2 Certification
- IICRC Certifications (WRT ASD FSRT preferred)
- OSHA Safety Certification
- General construction or contractor licensing experience preferred
