• Conduct property inspections and develop detailed reconstruction estimates
• Create scopes of work for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Prepare and manage estimates using Xactimate and related software
• Coordinate subcontractors vendors materials and internal crews
• Manage reconstruction projects from start to completion
• Monitor budgets schedules and project quality standards
• Communicate regularly with customers insurance adjusters and office staff
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes and company standards
• Perform jobsite inspections and quality control checks
• Manage change orders supplements and project documentation
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records photos and project files

• High school diploma or GED required; construction-related education preferred
• Minimum 35 years of construction estimating or project management experience
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
• Experience with insurance restoration preferred
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software strongly preferred
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and mobile documentation tools

• Xactimate Level 1 or Level 2 Certification
• IICRC Certifications (WRT ASD FSRT preferred)
• OSHA Safety Certification
• General construction or contractor licensing experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to climb ladders walk uneven surfaces and work in varying environmental conditions
• Local travel between project sites required
