Job Description:
HowYoullMake an Impact at Rehmann:
Making a memorable first impression to callers and visitors to our office
Receiving/sendingmail and express packages
Distributingmail to office associates
Typingcorrespondence reports and other documents as needed
Copying and preparingreports and other documents for distribution to clients and associates
Scanning and electronic filing of client documents and pdf files
Providingclerical/administrative support for the office
Coordinatingclient meetings including scheduling & preparing conference rooms ordering lunches preparing materials etc.
Coordinatingrental car reservations for office associates
Actingas an office-wide resource to support all associates with client service
Your Desired Skills Values & Experiences:
2 years in a professional office setting
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proficient with computers and ability to grasp new software
Ability tooperatemulti-line phonesystemand document production equipment such as copiers fax machines scanners etc.
Typing speed of 60 wpm or greater
Ability to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service to external and internal clients
Ability to display a professional office demeanor and business etiquette
Willingness to tackle new challenges and projects
Desire to find new opportunities to bring value to therole
Strong written and verbal communication skills
