Autumn View Health Care Facility is looking to add a Receptionist to our this role youll serve as the first point of contact for residents families visitors and staff while helping support daily administrative operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome visitors and ensure proper sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed
  • Monitor facility entrances and follow building security procedures to support resident safety
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments staff or resident rooms
  • Perform administrative support tasks including typing copying filing and mail distribution
  • Maintain copier and office supply areas and distribute incoming faxes
  • Sort and distribute resident and facility mail
  • Maintain resident directories and mailing information
  • Prepare door tags reports and other clerical documents as requested
  • Assist with resident transportation and help residents enter or exit the facility when needed
  • Use the facility intercom system for announcements and staff paging
  • Attend required trainings and comply with facility policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 6 months of administrative or customer service experience required
  • Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional dependable and team-oriented approach

    Required Experience:

    Junior IC
