Job Description:

SCOPE: Responsible for the front desk reception area communications coordination and patient registration. Responsible for supporting all fucntions such as collecting copays queuing patients assisting with medical chart management. Responsible for notifying medical staff if a patient needs assistance in waiting area.

FUNCTIONS:

of incoming phone calls to the center

office liaison

chart management

registration communication and copays

of all patient scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

2 years experience in medical reception administration or customer service.

Experience in an oncology clinical setting preferred

Excellent Verbal communication skills
