The Essity Rebates team is currently seeking a Customer Rebates Representative. This role will be based in our Charlotte NC location.

About the Role

The Customer Rebates Representative follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to the sales team unit or department for more complex activities related to addition the role conducts timely analysis and assists in visualizing the relationship between sales activities and business performance. This role helps to identify weak points and potential ways to improve efficiency to sales management.

What You Will Do

• Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and customer enquiries;

• Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics;

• May perform simple background research on customer accounts prospects competitors and industry trends to support the sales teams activities;

• Enter data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders deliveries or activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics;

• Assure timely processing of rebates from validation of sales data and rebate submission through reconciliation and final payment from the distributor;

• Work with Distributors Field Sales and Revenue Management to measure performance of contracts;

• Assure all appropriate policies processes and audit controls are in place and enforced with internal and external parties;

• Provide backup support to other functional areas in department as needed;

• Perform other projects and essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 (one) year of experience within Finance Controlling Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable and/or Customer Service Management administrative roles;

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or equivalent is preferred;

• Proactive and innovative approach;

• Experience with off-invoice contract pricing rebate chargeback procedures programs analysis or related fields strongly preferred but not required;

• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with key internal and external stakeholders;

• Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods;

• Deliver with quality and speed;

• Global Perspective;

• Embrace and live Essitys Beliefs and Behaviors - Care Courage Collaboration and Commitment;

• Self-driven Communicates Effectively Team player with proven ability in strong collaboration;

• Experience with Office 365 SAP or another ERP tool is preferred but not required;

• Fluent in English verbal and written.
