Job Summary

This role supports Right of Way project teams at the assistant or staff level working with land and real estate agreements stakeholder management databases and multi-disciplinary project teams in a fast-paced infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze prepare review and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements deeds easements leases permits and licenses
  • Complete rights and restriction reviews
  • Complete permitting requirements as needed
  • Research and review of real property related documents
  • Understand and interpret easement agreements
  • Support translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database
  • Complete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agents
  • Compile technical data to be presented to Right of Way project team
  • Support project managers design engineers environmental consultants GIS mapping specialists vegetation management team Right of Way managers and real estate coordinators as required
  • Attend and participate in public open houses as requested
  • Support client needs as directed
  • Work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
  • Manage and oversee several projects at once
Required Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in working with spreadsheets and other task tracking software
  • Capable of working with diverse skill sets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player focused on client service
  • Well organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with electric facilities or railroads (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings (preferred but not required)
  • Designation from IRWA (not required but desirable)
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma minimum with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid drivers license required; must meet standards to qualify for and maintain the companys vehicle driving privileges
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
  • Driving is required; MVR check applies
  • Must meet company vehicle driving privilege standards
  • Attendance at public open houses as requested
