Day-to-DayResponsibilities

• Manageadministrativeworkloadanddailyprioritiesfortheleadagent
• Writecontracts
• UpdateandmaintainCRM
• Organizedailyoperationsandshiftingpriorities
• Handlebusinessadministrativetasks:flyersclientgiftssignschedulinginspectionsappraisalsandclosings
• Keepprojectsandcommunicationsorganized
• Manageresidentialtransactionsfromcontractthroughclosing
• Coordinateinspections
• Prepareandmanagelistingpaperwork
• Reviewandorganizecontracts
• Trackdeadlinesandensurefilesremaincompliant
• Assistagentswithcontractslistingcoordinationinspectionschedulingtransactionpaperworkandgeneraladministrativesupport
• Reviewandorganizeplansandbusinessdocumentation
• Coordinatewithbuildersvendorsandclients
• Supportonboardingofnewbuilderclientsandnewagents

Must-Haves

Experience:

• 23yearsofrealestateexperienceasanagentorasalicensedassistanttoatop-producingagent
• ActiveTexasRealEstateLicense
• FlexibilityinschedulemostofhoursareM-Falthoughwillbeopenhousesonweekendsetc.
