Location: Front Royal VA

Schedule: MondayFriday 10:00 AM 6:30 PM with overtime as needed

Never a Dull Momen! If you like a fast pace a team that has your back and a job where the day actually flies by this is your this role youll play a key part in getting parcel and UPS shipments out the door at our Front Royal distribution center making sure customers get what they need when they need it. Our Parcel/UPS team tackles whatever comes their way with a smile. No boredom allowed here.

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts reach trucks order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines

• Accurately pick stage and store product in designated warehouse locations

• Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas

• Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems to complete daily tasks

• Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership

• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

• Show up consistently and take your work seriously

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet

• Are willing to work overtime when scheduled

• Are comfortable in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Have prior warehouse or equipment experience (preferred not required we train!)

• Are ready to pass a background check and drug screen
