ReactJS / NextJS Engineer (Junior-Mid Level)

Location: Ft. Lauderdale FL (onsite 3 days/month; must reside in or relocate to South Florida)

Type: 6month contracttohire

Role Overview

We are seeking junior to midlevel ReactJS/NextJS engineers (3-7 years of experience) to join our team. You will translate Figma designs and wireframes into highquality code collaborate closely with UX/design teams and deliver bestinclass user interfaces. This role requires strong technical execution clean/testable code and efficiency in handling complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Convert Figma designs and wireframes into productionready code.
Partner with UX/design teams to deliver intuitive highquality user interfaces.
Develop and manage technology products from conception through retirement.
Write clean testable and efficient code while delivering complex tasks.
Mentor peers and contribute to technical discussions when applicable.

Required Skills

Core: ReactJS NextJS (mandatory for junior level).
UI Libraries: Tailwind Mantine (preferred; other modern UI libraries acceptable).
Frontend Expertise: Redux Jotai TypeScript RESTful APIs remote deployment tools.
Backend Familiarity: NodeJS NestJS serverside frameworks.
Testing: Experience with unit testing tools.
Framework Mastery: Proficiency in 2-3 frameworks/languages.
