Must possess excellent telephone communication skills to speak clearly and effectively to the patient.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to learn and utilize programs necessary to position.
Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology required. Experience with medical computer systems i.e. EPIC and PACS preferred
