We are engaging experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to support an AI training this role youll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows validate financial data and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems.

• Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
• Manage invoicing bill payments and bank reconciliations.
• Generate and review P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
• Maintain the Chart of Accounts customer records and vendor records.
• Review accounting workflows and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Apply accounting best practices when reviewing financial workflows.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.
• Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
• Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently review accounting workflows and financial data.

• Experience as a Bookkeeper Accountant Finance Professional or Small Business Owner.
• Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.
• Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
• Experience with AI training data annotation or financial data evaluation is a plus.
