Job Summary

Starting Salary: $74500 with bonus potential

DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To lead the development delivery and continuous improvement of technical training and education programs that support product launches product improvements new hire onboarding regional training provider education event training and technical resource development

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Lead the development administration and monitoring of technical training programs for internal teams technical representatives regional teams providers and event partners

Manage AI development initiatives related to technical training knowledge management troubleshooting resources content development and training delivery improvements

Support Viva Engage-related technical training documentation content development and education coordination as needed

Serve as a management liaison between Technical Training Research & Development (R&D) Quality Clinical Education Product Management Sales Marketing Technical Service to align training content product information field feedback and technical messaging

Coordinate with R&D and Quality to ensure technical training materials reflect current product design quality updates service procedures change orders and product improvement initiatives

Collaborate with R&D Quality Marketing Sales and Technical Service to create organized clear and consistent methods for delivering materials resources and messaging across the organization

Develop organize and maintain technical training materials including new videos PowerPoints technical guides product start guides electronic case examples troubleshooting resources technical reference materials and other product support resources

Build and maintain a technical video library and technical guide library to support ongoing education field readiness provider training onboarding and self-service learning

Participate in trade shows provider events regional meetings internal training events and industry events when appropriate; provide product and technical support to Sales Clinical Education and field teams as needed

Coordinate materials products equipment and resources needed for technical training provider education trade shows on-site events demonstrations and internal training programs

Establish strong relationships with providers clinicians technical representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure company products training programs and technical resources are effective respected and aligned with field needs

Focus on continuous improvement demonstrate good business judgment and identify opportunities to improve training delivery content quality technical resources and field support effectiveness

Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training

Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.

Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary.

Translate complex technical information into clear concise and effective training materials for varied audiences

Create and deliver presentations and training in technical clinical provider regional event and business environments

Collaborate with leadership peers and cross-functional teams to guide projects training priorities and content development

Utilize resources to resolve issues in a quick and concise manner.

Demonstrate and troubleshoot products and build strong relationships with Pride and Quantum Providers Rehab Facilities clinicians technical representatives and internal teams

Develop training plans guides videos LMS content onboarding materials and technical resources that are accurate organized and easy to use.

Travel as needed to support regional training provider training on-site events trade shows internal training and company meetings

Lift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs.

Basic working knowledge of Learning Management Systems digital training tools video-based learning and content development processes

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent training presentation verbal and written communication skills

Excellent web navigation skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

Advanced working knowledge of education management systems Learning Management Systems or related digital learning platforms preferred

Advanced product knowledge especially as related to order configuration service troubleshooting product launches and product improvements preferred

Working knowledge of Pride operating systems preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of experience creating technical training materials product guides video content LMS courses onboarding materials presentations and field-ready technical resources for Complex Rehab Technology mobility products

At least 5 years of experience directly engaging clinicians in a professional informative manner regarding the technical features applications and benefits of Complex Rehab Technology mobility products

At least 5 years of experience supporting product launches product improvements technical service processes regional training provider training or event-based training

At least 5 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 employees

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year of experience using AI tools or supporting AI-enabled training knowledge management or content development initiatives preferred

At least 1 year of experience with hands-on mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting preferred

At least 1 year of experience managing coordinating and leading projects from initiation through delivery inclusive of scope quality schedule resources and risk preferred

Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree in an industry related field OR an Associate Degree in an industry related field with at least 6 years of the required experience OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 12 years of the required experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION

Bachelors Degree in Education Training and Development Technical Communication Business Engineering Health Care Rehabilitation Science or related field preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
