Quality Technician

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join a growing precision manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around blueprints GD&T precision measuring equipment and machined components and takes pride in getting things right.

What Youll Do

• Perform first article receiving in-process and final inspections
• Inspect precision-machined components to prints and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and GD&T
• Utilize precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Support CMM Vision System and Contour Trace inspections
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Assist with corrective actions MSA capability studies and continuous improvement
• Work closely with production and engineering to identify and resolve quality issues

What Were Looking For

• 1 year of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Precision machining or CNC manufacturing experience preferred
• CMM experience is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• ASQ certification Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus
