ABOUT THE ROLE

Ignite Aero Engines LLC is looking for a Quality & Safety Coordinator to support our quality safety regulatory compliance and continuous improvement programs.

This position will work directly with the Accountable Manager to help ensure company operations meet applicable requirements identify potential risks maintain accurate records and promote a strong culture of safety and quality.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Conduct internal audits and compliance surveillance activities.
• Support FAA customer and third-party audits.
• Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
• Track and analyze quality and safety performance.
• Maintain quality audit and safety records.
• Manage safety reports hazard tracking and risk assessments.
• Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Follow up on actions resulting from audits investigations and safety reports.
• Support employee quality and safety training.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive safety culture.
• Support company quality safety and regulatory compliance objectives.
