Quality Manager

• Lead and continuously improve ISO 9001 & ISO 22000 Quality Management Systems

• Oversee QC Lab operations calibration programs and test method development

• Drive customer complaint resolution root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

• Manage supplier quality issues and incoming material performance

• Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across the plant

• Support new product commercialization byestablishingquality standards from development through launch

• Lead coach and develop a high-performing quality team

• Serve as the plants primary quality contact for customers auditors and suppliers

• Quality Systems Management Administering auditing and improving ISO 9001 and food safety systems

• Statistical Process Control Control charts capability studies measurement system analysis and data-driven decision making

• People Leadership Building motivating and developing high-performing quality teams

• Customer & Supplier Management Complaint investigation scorecard management supplier claims and relationship building

• Communication & Influence Driving quality understanding and compliance at all levels with clarity and confidence

• Continuous Improvement & Lean Applying structured problem-solving and lean tools to reduce variability and improve performance

• Lab & Equipment Oversight Managing QC lab operations calibration programs and test procedure accuracy

• Training & Development Building team capability in defect recognition quality tools and statistical methods

• Planning & Prioritization Managing multiple competing priorities with focus in a fast-paced environment

• Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 system administration

• Experience with Food Safety systems (ISO 22000 SQF or equivalent)

• Working knowledge of statistical quality control and lean manufacturing principles

• Standard MondayFriday schedule with flexibility for plant operations audits and customer needs

• Ability to stand walk and navigate manufacturing areas;lift upto 50lbsoccasionally;PPErequiredin designated areas (hearing protection safety glasses steel-toe shoes)

• Travel: Up to 25% (customer visits supplier visits audits cross-site activities)
