Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance processes establish quality standards and ensure that products services and business operations consistently meet organizational requirements.

The successful candidate will develop and implement quality management systems monitor performance identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position suited to a professional who can lead quality initiatives analyze performance data and manage improvement projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop implement and maintain quality management policies procedures and standards.
  • Establish quality objectives performance indicators and measurable improvement targets.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits quality inspections and process evaluations.
  • Identify quality issues investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze quality metrics prepare reports and present recommendations to management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve quality-related issues and reduce operational risks.
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation audit records and compliance reports.
  • Manage customer complaints nonconformities and corrective action requests.
  • Review supplier and service-provider performance where applicable.
  • Promote a culture of accountability quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Quality Management Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
  • At least 35 years of relevant experience in quality assurance quality control or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience conducting audits identifying process gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office spreadsheets reporting tools and quality management software.
  • Ability to work independently manage priorities and lead remote teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • ISO 9001 internal or lead auditor certification.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with risk assessment compliance monitoring and performance reporting.
  • Project management experience or relevant professional certification.

Annual Salary and Benefits

Estimated annual salary: $80000$110000 USD.

Compensation will depend on the candidates experience qualifications location and the complexity of the role.
