Quality Manager MTA

ANE Consulting is a leading construction management services firm known for its excellence in delivering complex high-visibility projects. The Quality Manager will support an MTA 10-station Design-Build West End Line State of Good Repair project in Brooklyn overseeing quality management from Proceed Notice through Final Completion.

As Quality Manager you will serve as Key Personnel dedicated to the project from Proceed Notice through Final Completion. You will develop and implement the Quality Plan and independently manage and oversee all project quality issues separate from construction activities.

This role provides full-time Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control management and requires maintaining a clear record of QA/QC duties responsibilities and prior assignments throughout the project.

• Develop and implement the project Quality Plan.
• Manage and oversee all project quality issues independently of construction activities.
• Provide full-time Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control management.
• Maintain clear records of QA/QC duties responsibilities and prior assignments.
• Lead and support quality of work on the 10-station MTA Design-Build State of Good Repair project in Brooklyn.
• Oversee quality related to repair and/or replacement work including:
  • Damaged or missing tactile warning tiles.
  • Floor and wall tiles and other architectural coverings.
  • Platform rubbing boards.
  • Localized leak mitigation.
  • Painting.
  • MEP relocations.
  • Maintenance and protection of signal equipment.
  • Track and signal replacement.
• Manage quality requirements from Proceed Notice through Final Completion.

• Resume should clearly describe prior QA/QC management duties and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated Quality Assurance/Quality Control record of assignments.
• Ability to manage and oversee project quality issues independently of construction activities.
• Current certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) preferred.
• Other relevant experience and/or education may be accepted by the Project CEO in lieu of the preferred certification.

• $187200 annual salary.
