Quality Manager – Manufacturing

Schedule: MondayThursday 6:30 AM5:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM11:30 AM
Additional hours may be required.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead a six-person Quality team oversee quality systems and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead coach and develop the Quality team.

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D quality systems.

• Oversee incoming in-process and final inspections.

• Investigate quality issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework.

• Lead customer and supplier audits and resolve quality concerns.

• Track quality metrics maintain documentation and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Requirements:

• 57 years of quality experience in manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D.

• Experience with audits root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
