Quality Manager

Job Summary:
Lead the quality department and manage quality systems to ensure products meet customer requirements and ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the quality team.

• Maintain and improve quality management systems.

• Oversee incoming in-process and final inspections.

• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects and rework.

• Coordinate customer supplier and third-party audits.

• Monitor quality performance and maintain documentation.

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• 57 years of quality experience in manufacturing.

• At least 3 years of quality team leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev D.

• Experience with audits root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred: Experience in job shop build-to-print aerospace textiles or defense manufacturing.
