You will translate global and regional quality strategies into meaningful local actions ensuring high standards are embedded into daily operations. How Youll Make an Impact

• Champion health safety and environmental compliance across all quality activities

• Lead the factory Quality Improvement Plan aligned with global strategies

• Embed customer feedback into quality initiatives and resolve escalations

• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and continuous certification readiness

• Drive quality assurance control and risk management practices

• Lead corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods

• Foster a culture of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement

• Track analyze and report quality KPIs to guide decision-making

Your Background

• Degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field

• 5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment

• Prior leadership or people-development experience

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement tools

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using data
