As the Quality Lead you will serve as the senior quality professional for our fully integrated tissue manufacturing operation in Eau Claire Wisconsin. This facility operates two paper machines and seven converting lines producing high-quality napkins paper towels and bath tissue for leading retail and consumer product brands.

As Quality Lead youll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

• Lead and maintain the sites Quality Management System (QMS).
• Promote a culture of quality ownership and accountability across all departments.
• Provide guidance coaching and training to operations teams on quality standards procedures and best practices.
• Develop and monitor quality KPIs reporting performance trends and improvement opportunities to site leadership.
• Lead investigations related to customer complaints and quality concerns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare for and lead customer regulatory certification and corporate quality audits.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory food safety hygiene and customer requirements.
• Support new product development trials and commercialization activities.
• Ensure new products meet customer specifications quality requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
• Oversee quality testing programs and laboratory activities.
• Ensure testing methods equipment calibration and sampling processes are effective and compliant.

Youre a natural fit for Quality Leadif you have:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Engineering Chemistry Manufacturing Food Science Paper Science or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive quality experience within manufacturing.
• Experience within tissue paper converting consumer packaged goods packaging food or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading customer audits compliance initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting customer-facing quality programs and major retail customers.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma SPC and statistical analysis tools.
• Quality certifications such as ASQ CQE CQA or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
