The Inspector shall facilitate mold test first articles new tool validation studies and review new customer drawings and specifications for adequacy. Maintain clean working environments throughout quality department duties as assigned by supervisor or or otherwise facilitate mold test first article inspections by interpreting customer or otherwise execute mold qualification and validation and conduct CpK Studies Gage R&R and special customer in special project defined by Quality Engineering and customer blueprints specifications and inspection plans for and improvement of SPC systems sampling plans and statistical basic ERP transactionsWrite basic NCRs and place product on holdApprove Certs of ComplianceOther duties as assigned needed to help drive our Vision Mission and skills to perform basic repetitive and manual activities in the existing procedures to solve straightforward all requirements of Quality Inspector I in order to advance to Quality Inspector II.
