Job Description
- Lead and supervise inspectors responsible for incoming inprocess and final inspections
- Communicate quality requirements clearly and ensure proper flowdown of internal and contractual standards
- Plan and assign inspection resources to support production schedules and priorities
- Recruit train coach and evaluate inspection team members
- Ensure inspections are completed accurately on time and fully documented
- Maintain organized inspection and quarantine areas
- Improve inspection processes to increase consistency efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze inspection data to identify defect trends and root causes
- Partner with engineering and quality experts to drive continuous improvement
- Strong leadership organization and communication skills required
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and quality standards required
- Quality inspection experience in electronics or electromechanical manufacturing (10 years) required
- Supervisory experience leading teams of 510 employees (5 years) required
- Experience in aerospace defense or other regulated industries preferred
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 preferred
- Familiarity with electrostatic discharge control standards preferred
- Technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering a plus

Salary Range:
$96600.00-$128800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
