Job Summary

Quality Improvement Manager Adult Day HealthRN required for this role. Spanish language skills are a plus but not the Quality Improvement Manager you will play an essential role in supporting clinical quality compliance and continuous improvement across our Worcester and Springfield Adult Day Health Centers. Serving as a key clinical resource to the Adult Day Health team you will partner with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities for improvement monitor outcomes manage risk and ensure high-quality compliant services for the individuals we is a hybrid position requiring approximately 34 days of travel between our Worcester and Springfield centers and 12 days working remotely. Mileage reimbursement is Join Our TeamCompetitive Salary: $90000$% annual incentive opportunityHybrid work scheduleMondayFriday Dayshift ScheduleNo weekends no evenings no mandatesMileage reimbursement for travel between centersMedical dental and vision benefits401(k) retirement plan with company matchPTO beginning on your first dayPaid holidays for full-time employeesEmployee referral bonusesEmployee discount program with access to 30000 discountsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a clinical quality resource for the Adult Day Health team across multiple locationsLead and support continuous quality improvement initiatives and develop strategies to improve clinical outcomes and service qualityAnalyze quality incident and performance data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvementPartner with center and operational leadership to develop implement and monitor corrective action and quality improvement plansOversee incident management processes including reviewing and trending incidents and supporting follow-up on critical eventsConduct and/or review internal investigations including incidents involving allegations of abuse or neglectSupport compliance with state and federal regulations organizational standards contractual requirements and accreditation standardsPrepare for and participate in regulatory surveys audits and quality reviewsProvide education training coaching and technical assistance to clinical and operational teamsCollaborate with leadership to strengthen safety risk management customer engagement and service excellenceMonitor the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and communicate findings and recommendations to leadershipProvide leadership and support to assigned quality staffQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license required35 years of clinical quality improvement healthcare or regulatory experienceMulti-site healthcare management or leadership experience strongly preferredExperience working with state healthcare regulations and/or regulatory survey processes preferredExperience with quality improvement compliance risk management or incident management preferredStrong analytical organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel between the Worcester and Springfield centers as neededSpanish language skills are a plus but not requiredCommitment to the organizations mission and valuesJoin our team and help advance quality safety and person-centered care across our Adult Day Health programs.
