Position Summary
Leads and facilitates a dynamic summer immersion experience for a cohort of students guiding them through the design and execution of a high-impact project grounded in quality improvement principles. Provides instruction and mentorship on continuous improvement methodologies including the use of Plan-Do-Study-Act ( PDSA ) cycles while fostering critical thinking collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Oversees project development from problem identification through implementation and evaluation ensuring students apply rigorous analysis and evidence-based strategies to achieve measurable outcomes. Supports teamwork monitors progress and provides ongoing feedback to help students translate theory into practice culminating in a meaningful deliverable that demonstrates improved processes and real-world impact.
Work Schedule
Monday Friday; Variable Hours
