About this role:

The Quality Engineer ensures the quality of products and processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility applying quality-control and improvement tools and supporting production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements control plans and inspection methods.

• Performs root-cause analysis and problem-solving (8D).

• Supports process validation (APQP PPAP FMEA).

• Manages supplier quality and non-conformances.

• Supports pilot runs and production lines.

• Analyzes and reports quality KPIs (PPM SPC MSA).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.

• 3 years of quality-engineering experience in a discrete/assembly environment.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available for this role.
