We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to work on a project on a 15-18 month project in Bowling Green Ohio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Comply with safety requirements and actively promote a positive safety culture.

  • Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 standards and business needs.

  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute the QMS strategy.

  • Manage ISO 9001 certification processes including coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

  • Develop implement and continuously improve quality procedures and documentation.

  • Track analyze and report project progress to customers to support accurate scheduling forecasting and decision-making.

  • Ensure all quality system documents are current controlled and compliant with internal and external requirements.

  • Lead internal and external audit activities including scheduling execution reporting and follow-up on nonconformities.

  • Analyze audit results and operational practices to drive process improvements and update quality systems.

  • Ensure quality processes meet customer requirements and support successful audit outcomes.

  • Introduce and integrate new quality systems tools and procedures as needed.

  • Train and educate employees on QMS standards procedures and best practices.

  • Manage audit findings database and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.

  • Perform additional quality and compliance-related duties as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM

  • 5 years of experience in the construction industry quality management and ISO 9001 systems.

  • Bachelors degree college diploma quality certification training or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

  • Experience working within a Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Auditing experience including internal and/or external audits.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong self-direction.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes that support business and quality system requirements.

  • Experience delivering training or facilitating learning sessions preferred.

  • Willingness to work 10 hours a day 6 days a week.
