Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable team member for a quality control role in a manufacturing setting.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is now hiring an entry-level worker to check product this role you will inspect materials and finished concrete products to make sure they meet all standards. This is a great ongoing opportunity for someone who has good attention to detail and wants to work plenty of overtime.
Responsibilities
Inspect products at different steps of the manufacturing process
Test raw materials and finished goods to check their quality
Use tape measures and basic tools to check product sizes
Keep accurate records and write down all inspection results
Tell supervisors about any product defects or problems
Help find solutions to quality issues and keep tools calibrated
Keep your work area clean organized and safe
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read a tape measure and use basic inspection tools
Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
Ability to speak and understand English
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
Background check and drug screening may be required
Work Environment
Working outdoors in changing temperatures
Standing for long periods of time
Lifting up to 70 lbs
Working in a loud and dusty industrial environment around heavy equipment
Working 10 to 11 hours per day 5 and a half to 6 days per week
Dress code includes steel-toe boots and long pants
