Quality Auditor Working Lead

10 Hour Days - 6:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
Are you passionate about quality attention to detail and helping others succeed Serigraph is looking for aQuality Auditor Working Lead to oversee product auditing activities while providing leadership training and support to our quality inspection team.
In this hands-on leadership role youll help ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and Serigraphs quality standards. Youll work closely with Quality Engineers train team members maintain inspection standards and play a key role in continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing process.

- Provide day-to-day leadership and support for Product Auditors.
- Train coach and develop auditors and inspection personnel.
- Participate in employee performance evaluations and development activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.
- Audit finished products to approved inspection standards.
- Review and inspect parts placed in questionable material areas.
- Audit spoilage from new inspectors and temporary employees to ensure proper inspection practices.
- Assist in maintaining and updating inspection standard books in partnership with Quality Engineers.
- Train auditors and inspection leads on new and revised quality standards.
- Identify gaps in quality tools and collaborate with Quality Engineers to develop solutions.
- Support the creation and maintenance of masks templates fixtures and other inspection tools.
- Develop and update work instructions as needed.
- Support Serigraphs quality management systems and inspection processes.
- Perform quarterly lighting validations in inspection areas.
- Create and maintain product retain samples and records.
- Serve as backup for Receiving Inspection activities.
- Support corrective action effectiveness reviews with Quality Engineers.
- Promote waste reduction process control sustainability and environmental compliance.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- 1 year of manufacturing or quality assurance experience.
- Experience training and mentoring employees.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Blueprint reading/training.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a business or related field is a plus.
