Quality Assurance Tester

• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality
• Identify document and track bugs and defects using issue tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing features remain functional
• Review and provide feedback on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Assist in creating and maintaining test plans and test documentation
• Verify fixes and validate reported issues before closure
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts
• Report testing progress and results to supervisors and stakeholders
• Stay updated on QA best practices tools and methodologies

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and bug reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing
• Willingness to learn automation testing tools and frameworks
• Preferred: Experience with test management tools such as Jira or TestRail
• Preferred: Exposure to agile development environments
