Quality Assurance Test Lead

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead for a contract position with a Large Energy Company located in Tulsa OK. This is a Hybrid / Contract opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH).

The Temp Quality Assurance Test Lead is responsible for leading testing efforts across project releases ensuring quality standards are met risks are identified early and solutions are delivered successfully. This role coordinates testing activities manages release readiness and serves as the primary liaison between Business Development and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead testing activities across multiple projects releases and production support initiatives
• Develop and maintain test strategies test plans schedules and resource estimates
• Coordinate Functional Integration End-to-End Regression and UAT testing efforts
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and drive issue resolution
• Monitor testing progress quality risks and release readiness
• Provide status reporting quality metrics and executive-level updates
• Ensure adherence to QA standards methodologies and best practices
• Promote continuous improvement of testing processes and regression coverage

Requirements:

• Experience leading QA teams and testing efforts for enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and release management
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools
• Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills

Desired skills:

• Utility billing or Customer Information System (CIS) experience
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to automation API testing and data validation practices
