Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location: Lubbock TX
Salary: $75000$102000 annually

Are you a quality professional who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor solving problems coaching teams and improving processes Join Purina Animal Nutrition as a Quality Supervisor and help ensure we produce safe high-quality animal feed every day.

What Youll Do

• Support and maintain site quality programs and the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coach and train production employees on quality standards HACCP regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Partner with Production and Operations to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis corrective actions and continuous improvement projects.
• Help implement updated policies and procedures as regulations change.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Support investigations and resolution of customer complaints.
• Build a culture of quality accountability and continuous improvement.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in a related field OR 1 year of progressive QA experience in food feed agriculture manufacturing or a related science field; or qualifying Land OLakes rotational program experience.
• Strong communication coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail organization and integrity.
• Preferred: 2 years of QA experience in food/feed manufacturing supervisory or regulatory experience and knowledge of FDA requirements HACCP and quality management systems.
