Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:
The Quality Assurance Lead must possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the role

including oversight of other Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists. Demonstratable expertise and proficiency in the following areas is required:

Leading the quality review and functional validation for complex websites or web-based applications.

An effective collaborator with project managers designers developers and clients to understand project

requirements.

Creating robust test plans with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Conducting thorough automated and manual testing across multiple platforms and devices to identify functional

defects usability issues and performance optimization issues.

Documenting test findings for regression testing.

Contributing to improvement opportunities by making recommendations to enhance functionality (as

applicable).

Participating in kicking off the client User Acceptance Testing phases and serving as a lead team member in
