Quality Assurance Analyst

SYSTEMTECis seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for an on-site opportunity for candidates in Columbia SC. Candidate will serveas a QualityAssurance and TestAutomation Specialist supportingcomplex enterprisehealthcare applications with a focuson enrollment eligibility claims-related systems document management andworkflows. The rolewill help ensuresystem quality throughcomprehensive testplanning automation defectmanagement and collaborationacross technical andbusiness teams.

Required Qualifications of the Quality Assurance Analyst:

• Applicantsmust be authorizedto work forany employer inthe U.S. We are unableto provide sponsorshipor work withThird-Party agencies.
• Bachelors degree ina technical business healthcare or relatedfield or5 years ofequivalent Quality Assuranceexperience.
• 5 years ofprofessional experiencein Quality Assuranceand Quality Control.
• 5 years ofexperience translatingbusiness requirements functionalspecifications or policydocumentation into testcases and scenarios.
• 3 years ofhands-on experiencewith Sahi Proand/or Seleniumautomation frameworks.
• Experience designing anddeveloping automated testscripts accordingto established testingstandards and guidelines.
• Working knowledge ofat least onerecognized quality/processframework including SPICE TPI TMMi CMMI OPF OPD or PPQA.
• Hands-on experiencewith formal testdesign techniques suchas Equivalence ClassPartitioning and PairwiseAnalysis.
• Experience with PICT or acomparable orthogonal-basedtest design tool.
• Strong understanding ofsoftware testing methodologies including system integration regression end-to-end smoke negative andusability testing.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Quality Assurance Analyst:

• 5 years ofexperience supporting largeenterprise or e-business applications.
• 3 years ofMedicaid healthcare healthinsurance or relatedindustry experience.
• Knowledge of X12standards and HIPAAEDI transactions.
• Experience with Jira Confluence andthe broader Atlassiantoolset.
• Experience working inboth Agile andtraditional SDLC/waterfallenvironments.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst:

• Develop test strategies plans cases scenarios and QA/UATdocumentation based onbusiness and technicalrequirements.
• Create andmaintain automated testscripts and executefunctional regressionintegration system end-to-end smoke negative and usabilitytesting.
• Identify document track andhelp resolve applicationdefects while maintainingaccurate testing andquality records.
• Review vendortest plans testscripts test results and reports whileproviding guidance ontesting standards andbest practices.
• Collaborate with developers architects businessstakeholders vendorsand leadership toinvestigate issues assesssolutions and recommendimprovements.
• Monitor testing progress communicate risks andoutcomes participatein reviews andwalkthroughs and helpensure projects meetestablished quality andgovernance standards.

Work Location: Columbia South CarolinaFully Onsite.
