Permobil has a position open for a Quality Assembler
- Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
- Shift: 1st Shift
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm(Must have the ability to work overtime hours.)

Your Role in Our Mission
- Physically and Visually inspect chairs for proper assembly and function.
- Partner with engineering and product development teams to understand customer specifications.
- Communicate non-conformances to operators Supervisors and Managers.
- Be a liaison between assembly and other staff.
- Flex into rework and assembly roles as needed.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards regulatory compliance and company policies.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve quality capability of Assembly operations.
What Youll Brig
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or Quality experience desired.
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of assembly and modification processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings work orders and specifications.
- Familiarity with adaptive technology mobility equipment or medical device standards desired
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and guide people to improve standards of work.
- Other Skills: Strong problem-solving ability attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
