AboutInnovation:
The Innovation Service Line guides clients throughout the innovation journey as they develop and launch new or improved products and services spanning a range of verticals. We help our clients develop theinitialidea for a product/service ensure thefully articulateddescription of the product/service resonates with consumers confirm that prototypes of the product/serviceproperly deliveron consumer expectations and finetune the full mix prior to launch. This isaccomplishedusing best-in-class services including idea screening concept testing product testing price and line optimization packagetestingand volumetric forecasting.
What you can expect to be doing:
Quality control of consumer interviews and survey data
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of responses collected through our online surveys and face-to-face interviews conducted in our Retail Labs
- Reviewing responses to open-ended questions to identify inconsistent or unreliable interviews
- Monitoring survey quotas to ensure samples meet client expectations
- Conducting random checks on survey results to detect potential inconsistencies
- Reviewing videos collected during Mobile Eye Tracking studies to ensure the data is usable and of sufficient quality.
Monitoring the execution of fieldwork protocols
- Ensuring that fieldwork protocols defined with our partners are properly implemented during face-to-face studies:
- Visiting our own facilities or partner locations when necessary to verify that all fieldwork materials and installations (shelves survey equipment etc.) are compliant with project requirements.
- Ensuring teams have been properly briefed and that interviews are conducted according to the agreed protocols.
- Training or retraining field teams on our protocols when necessary
Monitoring and reporting on internal quality standards
- Supporting compliance with PRS IN VIVO internal quality processes:
- Ensuring Insights and Operations teams are familiar with PRS IN VIVO processes and able to apply them correctly.
- Reporting internal compliance status to global teams
This might be the job for you if you have:
- Located within reasonable distance of the Parsippany NJ office.
- Flexible and willing to travel to our various field locations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Proactive mindset
- Good command of Microsoft Office particularly Excel

In accordancewithNY/CO/CA/WA law the estimated base salary range for this role is $48000to $52000. Your final base salary will bedeterminedbased on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location work experience skills knowledgeeducationand/or certifications.
