Position: Quality Analyst
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20$50/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review work product against defined quality standards rubrics and guidelines.
• Identify errors inconsistencies and gaps and document them clearly.
• Provide structured actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders.
• Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends.
• Help refine and improve quality processes checklists and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven experience in quality assurance quality control or a similar review-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear constructive feedback.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving standards in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet focused workspace.

Preferred

• Familiarity with data annotation content review or evaluation workflows.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Background in a domain relevant to our work (e.g. technical editorial or analytical).
