Position Description:
This is a multi-faceted position that serves a key role for SynQors Quality and Reliability Team to provide coordination management and ownership of several processes and tasks within the Quality and Reliability Department. As SynQor is a Team-based and Process-centered Organization you will also provide support to other members within the Quality & Reliability Team to perform both routine activities as well as short and long-term assignments and projects. This position has the flexibility to grow with the capabilities and interests of the individual.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Manager for SynQors Product Qualification and Product Safety Testing Program
- Ownership and Management of SynQors Equipment Calibration Program
- Provide Support for SynQors Documentation and Configuration Management Process
- Assist Quality & Reliability Engineering with data analysis and report generation
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be self-motivated able to manage multiple projects and effectively communicate project status. They will be detail oriented possess strong organizational abilities have good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability and drive to take ownership for all processes under their areas of responsibility.
Education:
- High School Graduate or GED desired.
Experience:
- Project Management Technical Writing Data Analysis Documentation Control and Configuration Management experience a plus. Will train the appropriate candidate to specific tasks and assignments as required.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Basic Math Proficiency with MS Office (Word PowerPoint) MS Excel including Charting Pivot Report formula functions; Demonstrated ability to handle self-managed multi-task assignments.
