QC Technician 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Selects samples from in-process and finished material and verifies that it meets dimensional physical environmental and mechanical characteristics.
• Records test data in Axiom computer system.
• MRBs and segregates any material that does not meet customer and/or Military specifications.
• Releases conforming product to shipping department.
• Calibration of test and measurement equipment.
• Off-line testing including QPL qualification and retention.
• Final inspection and some incoming verification.
• Vendor DMR dispositions and vendor CAR follow-up.
• Perform RF electrical testing on coax and data cables.
• Receives in and dispositions customer returns.
• Adherence to AS9100 requirements.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Must be able to read write and verbally communicate in English with proficiency.

Job Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from floor level to desk level.

Must be able to comply with all company policies.

Hours are 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
