Location: Mukilteo WA. This is an on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with our construction and field teams while supporting active projects throughout the region.

Note: Candidates should bring 4 years of directly relevant construction QA/QC or quality control experience. Experience with general contracting civil construction infrastructure public works utilities concrete or similar construction environments is strongly preferred.

Job Description

• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities across active construction projects.
• Develop maintain and execute project-specific quality control plans and procedures.
• Review drawings specifications submittals and contract requirements to verify work meets project standards.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate required testing documentation and quality verification.
• Partner with project managers superintendents subcontractors and field crews to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Track deficiencies nonconforming work corrective actions punch-list items and closeout documentation.
• Maintain organized inspection records testing reports quality logs and supporting project documentation.
• Coordinate with owners engineers inspectors and other project stakeholders regarding quality requirements.
• Help prevent rework by identifying potential issues early and promoting consistent construction practices.
• Support continuous improvement of company-wide QA/QC procedures and field quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of construction QA/QC quality control inspection or closely related construction experience.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings specifications plans and technical requirements.
• Experience working with general contractors or on civil infrastructure municipal institutional or public works projects preferred.
• Familiarity with earthwork underground utilities structural concrete or related construction scopes is highly valuable.
• Strong documentation organization communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project management and field operations teams.
• Relevant construction quality inspection or safety certifications are a plus.
