Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans to ensure software quality
• Identify log and track defects through bug tracking tools
• Conduct functional regression and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality
• Assist in developing testing strategies and methodologies
• Perform system and user acceptance testing
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
• Document testing processes and results for clear communication

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Interest in quality assurance and software testing
• Basic understanding of testing methodologies and processes
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required
