- P&C Insurance domain Functional Testing Guidewire-certified
Roles & Responsibilities
Skill Set
- 10 years of experience in software testing including large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations.
- Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge including policy administration underwriting rating billing claims and integrations.
- Guidewire-certified preferably with PolicyCenter certification or equivalent implementation credentials.
- Expertise in end-to-end test strategy planning execution defect management and quality governance.
- Experience with test automation frameworks tools and CI/CD integration; hands-on exposure preferred.
- Strong leadership experience managing functional integration regression system and UAT testing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management com munication risk management and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a large Guidewire PolicyCenter program.
- Lead distributed functional integration automation and UAT testing teams across the implementation lifecycle.
- Define test plans scope entry/exit criteria environments test data schedules and quality metrics.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage across PolicyCenter downstream/upstream systems integrations data migration and business processes.
- Govern defect triage root-cause analysis risk tracking reporting and resolution with project stakeholders.
- Promote automation of regression and repeatable test scenarios to improve efficiency and release quality.
- Coordinate with business product technology vendor and program teams to support successful releases and go-live readiness.
- Provide regular executive-level status reporting on testing progress risks dependencies and quality outcomes.
