Python Test Automation Engineer – Automotive Infotainment

Our client is looking for a Python Test Automation Engineer with at least 5 years of real-time hands-on experience in software test automation preferably within automotive infotainment systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python automation skills and experience developing executing and maintaining automated test solutions for complex embedded or automotive systems.

• Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
  

• Develop test automation solutions for automotive infotainment systems.
  

• Execute automated and manual tests to validate system functionality and performance.
  

• Analyze test results identify failures and perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  

• Develop reusable and maintainable automation frameworks and test utilities.
  

• Work closely with software developers system engineers and validation teams to identify and resolve defects.
  

• Create maintain and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
  

• Support regression testing and continuous improvement of test automation coverage.
  

• Document defects test results and technical findings.
  

• Participate in software integration and system-level validation activities.
  

• 5 years of real-time hands-on experience in software test automation.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
  

• Experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts/frameworks.
  

• Experience testing complex software or embedded systems.
  

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  

• Ability to analyze test failures and perform root cause analysis.
  

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
  

• Automotive infotainment testing experience is highly relevant.
